We are thoroughly enjoying revisiting one of our previous projects. Over 15 years ago, we joined two independent dwellings to form one large symmetrical Villa. In 2018, the proprietor contracted us again, to compose another full transformation of this ever-growing-Home. As well as adding a retro-fit to the First Floor, we created a new roof line. Integrating parapet walls and overhangs into the design, shading areas and unique niches are formed bringing the Villa into the 21C. Now, non-symmetrical, large windows flood the spaces bringing natural light yet keeping everything cool.
