Constructed on a level plot, surrounded by neighbours, the house was designed to be integrated into its surroundings while taking advantage of it breath-taking views. Multiple windows flood the property with natural light while framing views for the occupier inhabiting the house.

The ground floor, designed around a courtyard that creates a cooling airflow in summer, houses the bedrooms, bathrooms and utility. Whilst open kitchen, dinning and lounge are located on separate levels to create a natural flow while still producing separate areas.The high ceilings in the family area create a feeling of relaxation with natural light cascading through the high level ceilings while the lower level glass doors frame the covered terrace and pool area. The courtyard, visible from the family area, helps accentuate the feeling of openness and light.

The courtyard, in the centre, visible from every corner of the house, is designed with cooling in mind. Of the courtyard hallway is the two storey gallery that leads to the master suite. Boasting its own floor the master suite comprising of large bathroom and dressing room, the gallery opens its views across the courtyard with a two storey window. The north side of the master floor allows you to appreciate your surroundings by its carefully placed picture windows, framing specific views of the Montgo.

Polished concrete used as a seamless flooring connecting the inside and the out. Its continuous and hand polished effect with natural veins of colour running through connect all spaces inside and out including the pool terrace, complemented by mature gardens.
